What does OFA do? It is called football 101: We break down the why. On the field, OFA coaches are working with student athletes to help them understand why they are doing what they are doing, a fundamental element to the game that seems to get overlooked. Running a drill can be mastered, but to understand why you are running the drill can help you master the game.

How to do it Right and Why it Matters

We believe in explaining the answer, not just giving it. We are helping our youth understand important life skills, fundamental football skills, teamwork and sportsmanship—on and off the field.
